Lil criticism. One: the shoulders look stiff and square, seeming as if she's all tense and unnatural, look at references maybe if that helps? The second thing, is the rose, it has a similar problem of looking stiff and to straight, unless it's a fake plastic rose, then eh. Again, references can help you out a lot, and no using the ruler tool. The third, is there isn't any nipples, which makes it just seem weird sense the human body has nipples. Unless you're deformed then yeah. If you were too afraid of adding nipples, then you could have used the arm to censor it.

Now, specifically the reason that breasts occur on a woman is originally for breasts feeding. That being said, it is not a woman’s fault that she owns flesh under her chest. A male is not expected of this responsibility. Therefore his hormones during puberty do not include producing flesh under the chest.
